STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Our Strength and Conditioning classes are different every day and can accommodate any age or level of fitness. We blend kettlebells, barbells, bodyweight movements with running, rowing and biking.

Strength and Conditioning classes are scheduled to fit anyone’s time requirements. They are offered six days a week, with 5-7 time options daily Monday-Friday.

Phases

A 75 min movement based class that focuses on gymnastics strength work, locomotion, breathe work and cold exposure.

Each phase is a 4-12 week commitment.

Yoga

Our yoga classes take place upstairs in our “dojo”. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or just starting out you are in the right place.

Open Gym

We have open gym space with free weights and cardio equipment if taking classes is not your thing. Check out the tuition page for open gym.
